Relections on the Prebbleton game

  • Running between the wickets. 3 run outs is 3 too many. The first 2 in particular cost us. Comes down to understanding what the guy at the other end will and will not do.
  • In a low scoring game there's nothing wrong with digging in and conserving wickets for a while. We got a 52 run partnership out of doing that. Then lost 7 for 20 odd.
  • Wouldn't it have been great to knock over the defending champs? Let's take a bit of heart out of the effort and build on it this week.
